High erucic acid rape or colza oil "fixed oil which has an erucic acid content of >= 2%", and mustard oil, crude, for technical or industrial uses (excl. for manufacture of foodstuffs for human consumption)

Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

Duty rate
15%

This is the base rate. A tariff quota, a preference for the country of origin and a tariff exemption lower it; anti-dumping and special duties are paid on top of it

Supplementary unit
Not applicable
Requirements and measures
1

None: russian bans and restrictions, conformity assessment, dual use, EAEU non-tariff regulation, trade defence measures — duty on top of the tariff, tariff quota.

Whether a measure applies to your goods depends on their characteristics and the shipping documents

VAT
22%

The general import rate in Russia: Tax Code of Russia, Art. 164(3) (Federal Law No. 425-FZ of 28.11.2025). This code is not named on the 10% VAT list (Decree No. 908) or the exemption list (No. 1042). The list of medical goods No. 688 is not checked here.

(A) RAPSE OIL (from RAPSE, OR WORKS). Seeds of several species belonging to the genus Brassica, in particular B. napus and B. rapa (or B. campestris), give semi-drying oils with similar characteristics, which in trade are called rapeseed oil (from rapeseed, or colsa). These oils usually have a high erucic acid content. This heading also includes rapeseed oil (from rapeseed or colsa) with a low content of erucic acid (which is obtained from the seeds of specially bred lines of rapeseed, or colza, with a low content of erucic acid), for example, canola oil, or European rapeseed oil, or colza "double zero". They use me as a salad oil, in the production of margarine, etc. They are also used in the production of industrial products, for example, as an additive to lubricants. Refined oils, usually related to rapeseed oil, are dietary. (B) Mustard oil. It is a non-volatile vegetable oil obtained, for example, from the following three types of mustard: white mustard (Sinapsis alba and Brassica hirta), black mustard (Brassica nigra) or Sarepta mustard (Brassica juncea). It usually has a high content of e-handic acid and is used in medicine, cooking and technical products. Explanation of subheadings.
