2510 20 — Natural calcium phosphates and natural aluminium calcium phosphates, natural and phosphatic chalk, ground

Natural calcium phosphates and natural aluminium calcium phosphates, natural and phosphatic chalk, ground

Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

2510 Natural calcium phosphates, aluminium-calcium natural phosphates and chalk phosphate: 2510 10 – unmolded

2510 20 - ground

This heading covers only apatite and other natural calcium phosphates (tricalcium phosphates or phosphorites), natural aluminium calcium phosphates and phosphatic chalk (chalk mixed with calcium phosphate). These products remain in this heading even if ground for use as fertilisers, or if they have been heat-treated to remove impurities. But the heading excludes these products if they have been calcined or heat-treated more thoroughly than is required for the removal of impurities (heading 3103 or 3105).
