7801 10 00 — Unwrought lead: refined lead

Unwrought lead: refined lead

Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

Machine translation. The original is the Russian text of the EAEU tariff, and customs goes by it; this translation is for understanding only and has no legal force.

7801 Untreated Lead: 7801 10 Refined Lead Other: 7801 91 Containing Antimony as the Most Massive Element of Other Elements 7801 99 Other

This heading covers untreated lead of varying degrees of purification, from rough raw or silver-containing lead to lead electrolytically refined. It can be in the form of blocks, ingots, dummy, slabs, briquettes or similar forms or in the form of cast rods. Most of these forms are designed for rolling or extrusion, for the manufacture of alloys or for casting shaped products. This heading also includes cast anodes for electrolytic refining, cast rods intended, for example, for rolling or drawing, or further casting when forming products. This heading does not cover lead powders or scales (heading 7804).
