Where the tie to HS codes exists, and where it does not

For most regulations the EEC approves a list of goods with HS codes by a separate decision: the meat regulation has 281 list entries, the dairy one 495. There is no single “code → regulation” reference.

The number of a regulation is left exactly as the act is designated: it exists in no other script, and it is that number your broker and the certification body will go by. The titles are translated: the EEC publishes no English list of the 52 acts, so there is no issued English text to take.

Machine translation of the titles. The original is the Russian title of the regulation as the Eurasian Economic Commission adopted it, and that is the binding one; this translation is for understanding only and has no legal force.
