О внесении изменения в Решение Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии от 20 декабря 2022 г. № 197
В соответствии с пунктом 98 Протокола о применении специальных защитных, антидемпинговых и компенсационных мер
по отношению к третьим странам (приложение № 8 к Договору
о Евразийском экономическом союзе от 29 мая 2014 года) Коллегия Евразийской экономической комиссии решила:
1. Пункты 2 – 4 Решения Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии от 20 декабря 2022 г. № 197 «О применении антидемпинговой меры посредством введения антидемпинговой пошлины в отношении стальных клиновых задвижек, происходящих из Китайской Народной Республики и ввозимых на таможенную территорию Евразийского экономического союза» и приложение № 2 к указанному Решению признать утратившими силу.
2. Настоящее Решение вступает в силу по истечении 30 календарных дней с даты его официального опубликования.
