О продлении действия антидемпинговой меры в отношении стальных бесшовных труб, применяемых для бурения
и эксплуатации нефтяных и газовых скважин, происходящих
из Китайской Народной Республики и ввозимых на таможенную территорию Евразийского экономического союза,
и внесении изменений в некоторые решения
Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии
В соответствии с пунктами 98 и 109 Протокола о применении специальных защитных, антидемпинговых и компенсационных мер
по отношению к третьим странам (приложение № 8 к Договору
о Евразийском экономическом союзе от 29 мая 2014 года) и на основании доклада Департамента защиты внутреннего рынка Евразийской экономической комиссии, подготовленного по результатам повторного расследования, проведенного в связи с истечением срока действия антидемпинговой меры, установленной Решением Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии от 18 августа 2015 г. № 101, Коллегия Евразийской экономической комиссии решила:
1. Продлить по 5 октября 2031 г. включительно действие антидемпинговой меры, установленной Решением Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии от 18 августа 2015 г. № 101
«О применении антидемпинговой меры в отношении стальных бесшовных труб, применяемых для бурения и эксплуатации нефтяных
и газовых скважин, происходящих из Китайской Народной Республики
и ввозимых на таможенную территорию Евразийского экономического союза».
2. Государственным органам государств – членов Евразийского экономического союза, уполномоченным в сфере таможенного дела:
обеспечить взимание антидемпинговой пошлины в порядке
и размерах, предусмотренных Решением Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии от 18 августа 2015 г. № 101;
обеспечить осуществление зачета сумм антидемпинговой пошлины, уплаченной (взысканной) в соответствии с Решением Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии от 17 февраля 2026 г.
№ 17 в порядке, установленном для взимания предварительных антидемпинговых пошлин, в антидемпинговую пошлину и зачисление
на единый счет уполномоченного органа того государства – члена Евразийского экономического союза, в котором она была уплачена (взыскана).
3. Позицию 4 приложения № 3 к Решению Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии от 18 августа 2015 г. № 101 «О применении антидемпинговой меры в отношении стальных бесшовных труб, применяемых для бурения и эксплуатации нефтяных и газовых скважин, происходящих из Китайской Народной Республики и ввозимых
на таможенную территорию Евразийского экономического союза» исключить.
4. Пункты 1 и 2 Решения Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии от 17 февраля 2026 г. № 17 «О продлении действия антидемпинговой меры в отношении стальных бесшовных труб, применяемых для бурения и эксплуатации нефтяных и газовых скважин, происходящих из Китайской Народной Республики и ввозимых
на таможенную территорию Евразийского экономического союза,
и внесении изменений в Решение Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии от 18 августа 2015 г. № 101» признать утратившими силу.
5. Настоящее Решение вступает в силу по истечении
30 календарных дней с даты его официального опубликования.
