0603 13 — Fresh cut orchids and buds, of a kind suitable for bouquets or for ornamental purposes
Fresh cut orchids and buds, of a kind suitable for bouquets or for ornamental purposes
Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.
Machine translation. The original is the Russian text of the EAEU tariff, and customs goes by it; this translation is for understanding only and has no legal force.

This heading covers not only cut flowers and flower buds as such, but also bouquets, wreaths, floral baskets and similar articles (e.g., buttonholes) made of flowers or buds. Provided such bouquets, etc., have the essential character of florists' wares, they are classified in this heading even if they contain accessories of other materials (ribbons, paper trimmings, etc.). Cut branches of trees, shrubs or bushes bearing flowers or buds (e.g., magnolias and certain types of roses) are treated as cut flowers or buds of this heading. The heading excludes flowers, petals and buds of a kind used primarily in perfumery, in pharmacy or for insecticidal, fungicidal or similar purposes, provided that, as presented, they are not suitable for bouquets or for ornamental purposes (heading 1211). The heading further excludes collages and similar decorative plaques of heading 9701.
