Соединения органо-неорганические прочие: прочие
Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

This heading covers (1) Tetramethyl lead (Pb(CH3)4) and tetraethyl lead (Pb(C2H5)4). Volatile liquids in their pure form are colorless, whereas technical products are yellow; toxic; very effective as anti-detonators. (2) Tributyltin compound. (3) Organophosphate compounds. They are organic compounds containing at least one phosphorus atom directly bound to a carbon atom. This category includes:
82 (a) dimethylmethylphosphonate*, dimethylpropylphosphonate and diethylethylethylphosphonate; (b) 3-(trihydroxysilyl)propylmethylphosphonate sodium; (c) 2,4,6-tripropyl-1,3,5,2,4,6-trioxatriphosphine 2,4,6-trioxide; (d)methylphosphonic acid salt and (aminoiminemethyl)urea (1 :1); (e)ofophysophonylophyl (f)ophythrophosophonylsophonylophosophonyl (ophylatoronesophonyl) (4) Organosilicon compounds. They are separate compounds of a specific chemical composition in which a silicon atom is directly bonded to at least one carbon atom of an organic radical. These compounds include organic silanes and siloxanes; in some cases these compounds are polymerized to form organosilicon compounds. Silanes include chlorosilanes (e.g., dimethyldichlorosilane), alkoxysilanes (e.g., methyltrimethoxysilane), alkyl-or arylsilanes (e.g., diphenylsilandiol, tetramethylsilane) and other silanes containing different functional groups (amino-, nitryl-, oxyranyl-, oxymo-, acetoxy-, etc.). Siloxanes include hexamethyldisiloxane, octamethyltrisiloxane, octamethylcyclotretrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane. This heading also includes hexamethyldisilazane and organodisilanes. This heading does not cover inorganic silicon compounds which are essentially of Chapter 28 (for example, silicon tetrachloride (SiCl 4) to heading 2812 or trichlorosylane (SiHCl 3) to heading 2853). The esters of silicic acid and its salts are classified in heading 2920. Specially prepared mixtures of individual organosilicon compounds of a certain chemical composition are dealt with elsewhere in the Nomenclature, principally in heading 3824. This heading does not include compounds of undetermined chemical composition containing in a molecule more than one silicon-oxygen-silicon bond and containing organic groups bound to silicon atoms by direct silicon-carbon bonds. They are silicones of heading 3910. (5) Iron carbonyl, nickel carbonyl, etc. (6) Organoarsenic compounds: (a) methylarsonic acid (CH3·AsO(OH)2) and its salts. Crystallizes as flakes and forms crystalline salts, such as sodium methylarsonate (colorless, used in medicine); (b) codilic acid and its salts. These compounds contain a radical (-As(CH3)2) known as cocodyl. It's used in medicine. Cacodilic acid exists as crystals without color or smell. Its main salt is sodium cacodilate, a white crystalline powder; (c) p-aminophenylarsonic acid (NH2·C6H4·AsO(OH)2) and its salts. Crystallizes, forming shiny white needle crystals. The main salt of this acid - p-aminophenylarsonate sodium is a white crystalline pore odorless, used in medicine, in particular, against sleeping sickness; (d) aminohydroxyphenylarsonic acids, their formyl - and acetyl derivatives and their salts; (e) arsenobenzene (C6H5·As=As·C6H5) and its derivatives - these are compounds similar to azo compounds, but containing an arseno group (-As=As-) instead of an azo group (-N=N-). (7) o-iodozoobenzoic acid. (8) Metal alkyls, metal fullerenes and metallocenes.
83 This heading excludes organo-sulphur compounds, the molecules of which have a sulphur atom or atoms directly linked to a carbon atom or atoms (see Note 6 to this Chapter). It also excludes compounds the molecules of which contain, in addition to the sulphur atom or atoms directly linked to a carbon atom or atoms, an atom or atoms of another non-metal or of a metal directly linked to a carbon atom or atoms (e.g., fonofos (ISO)) (heading 2930). This heading further excludes organo-mercury compounds, which may contain one or more mercury atoms, in particular a (–Hg.X) group, in which X represents the residue of an inorganic or organic acid (heading 2852).

For the purposes of headings 2911, 2912, 2914, 2918 and 2922, the term “oxygen-containing functional group” means that the characteristic organic oxygen-containing groups of these headings are limited to the oxygen-containing functional groups referred to in headings 2905 to 2920.
