(b) articles of weaving materials (heading 4602).
(B) Articles of headings 4202 and 4203 having parts of precious metal or metal clad with precious metal, of natural or cultivated pearls, of precious or semi-precious stones (natural, artificial or reconstructed) are included in these headings, even if such parts are more than minor finishing parts or small ornaments, provided that this does not alter the essential character of the article. Otherwise, these products are classified in Chapter 71.
4. For the purpose of heading 4203, the term “garment and clothing accessories” means, inter alia, gloves, mittens and mittens (including sports or protective), aprons and other protective clothing, suspenders, belts, cartridges and wristbands, other than watch straps (heading 9113).
