Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

5113 Fabrics of coarse animal hair or horse hair
This heading covers fabrics (as defined in point (I) (B) of the general provisions of Section XI) made of coarse animal hair of heading 5102 or of yarn of horse hair (heading 5110). However, horsehair fabrics may also be made of single horsehair of heading 0511. Fabrics made of coarse animal hair are used for the interior upholstery of furniture or other household appliances, for flanking in clothes, etc. Fabrics made of single horse hair are made on special machines, usually manually. Due to the small length of the hair (20 – 70 cm), these fabrics are usually in small pieces and are mainly used for sieves. Other fabrics made of horse hair are widely used as tailings in clothing. This heading does not cover fabrics for the technical purposes of heading 5911.
