5212 14 10 — Woven fabrics of cotton, containing predominantly, but < 85% cotton by weight, mixed principally or solely with flax, weighing <= 200 g/m², made of yarn of different colours

Woven fabrics of cotton, containing predominantly, but < 85% cotton by weight, mixed principally or solely with flax, weighing <= 200 g/m², made of yarn of different colours

Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

This heading covers fabrics (as defined in point (I) (B) of the general provisions of Section XI) made of cotton yarn. It should be noted, however, that it includes only mixed fabrics other than those referred to in the preceding headings of this Chapter or those named or included in the second part of this Section (usually Chapter 58 or 59). Bandages impregnated or coated with pharmaceutical substances or packaged for retail sale are not included in this heading (heading 3005).
