Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

(a) the length of the harness is more than 2 m;
(b) spin – less than 5 kr/m;
(c) the linear density of the elemental thread is less than 67 detex;
(d) only for synthetic threads: the harness must be pulled out, after which its tensile capacity does not exceed 100% of its length;
(д) общая линейная плотность жгута – более 20 000 дтекс.
A tourniquet not exceeding 2 m in length shall be classified in heading 5503 or 5504.
