Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

5809 Fabrics of metallic filaments and fabrics of metallic filament of heading 5605, used in clothing, as furniture fabric or for similar purposes, not elsewhere specified or included
This heading covers fabrics (as defined in point (I) (B) of the general provisions of Section XI) of metallised filaments of heading 5605 and fabrics of metallic filaments of Section XIV or XV, provided that they are fabrics used in clothing, as furniture fabric or for similarly illogical purposes, not elsewhere specified or included, in particular in any of the preceding headings of this Chapter. Tissues containing metallic thread or metallized threads together with other textile threads are classified in the heading provided that the metallic or metallized thread exceeds by weight any other textile material. For this purpose, the metallized thread shall be considered as a single textile material and its mass shall be taken as the aggregate of the mass of the textile fibers and the metal contained in these threads (see paragraph (I) (A) of the general provisions of section XI). This heading does not include fabrics not used in clothing, as furniture fabric or for similar purposes, that is, wire mesh or fabrics of iron, steel, copper, aluminium, precious metals, etc. (headings 7115, 7314, 7419, 7616, etc.).
