Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

6910 Shells, washbasins, consoles of sinks, baths, bidets, toilets, drain tanks, urinals and similar sanitary products made of ceramics: 6910 10 – of porcelain 6910 90 – other

This heading covers articles intended for stationary installation on the spot, in houses, etc., usually connected to a plumbing or sewer system. Consequently, they must be made waterproof by glazing or prolonged firing (for example, stone ceramics, faience, sanitary products made of refractory clay, artificial or glazed porcelain). In addition to the articles listed, this heading also includes articles such as toilet flush tanks. Ceramic discharge tanks are dealt with in this heading whether or not they are equipped with a discharge mechanism. However, this heading does not include such small bathroom accessories or sanitary accessories as soapboxes, sponge boxes, toothbrush stands, towel hooks, toilet paper holders, even if they are intended for fixed fixtures on walls, and are not portable sanitary equipment such as a lining vessel, urinals and night pots; these articles are classified in heading 6911 or 6912.
