7322 90 — Air heaters and hot-air distributors, incl. distributors which can also distribute fresh or conditioned air, non-electrically heated, incorporating a motor-driven fan or blower, and parts thereof, of iron or steel
Air heaters and hot-air distributors, incl. distributors which can also distribute fresh or conditioned air, non-electrically heated, incorporating a motor-driven fan or blower, and parts thereof, of iron or steel
Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

7322 Radiators for central heating, not electrically heated, and parts thereof, of iron or steel; air heaters and hot air distributors (including distributors which can also distribute fresh or conditioned air), not electrically heated, incorporating a motor-driven fan or blower, and parts thereof, of iron or steel: – radiators and parts thereof: 7322 11 – – of cast iron 7322 19 – – other 7322 90 – other
(1) Central heating radiators, i.e., appliances intended for space heating, generally consisting of a group of "sections" comprising flanged or ribbed pipes or hollow panels through which steam or water from the boiler circulates. Such radiators can be enclosed in a casing of wood or metal. This category of products also includes appliances consisting of a combination of a radiator through which hot or cold water passes, and ejector nozzles through which air conditioned under pressure passes. Both devices are mounted in a common case equipped with a grille. When the radiator unit is turned off, the appliance acts as an air-conditioned distributor. This heading does not include air conditioners (heading 8415) or electric radiators (heading 8516). (2) Articles identified as "sections" and other parts of radiators. The following articles shall not be considered as parts: (a) pipes and fittings for connecting boilers and central heating radiators (headings 7303 to 7307); (b) radiator risers (heading 7325 or 7326); (c) steam exhaust or water valves, cranes, etc. (heading 8481). (3) Heaters in which any type of fuel is used (e.g. coal, liquid fuel, gas). These autonomous heaters, stationary or mobile, consist mainly of a combustion chamber (with a burner) or a furnace chamber, the heat of an exchanger (tube unit, etc.), which transfers the heat given off by the combustion products passing through it, the air along its outer surface, and a fan or blower driven by an electric motor. Usually, these heaters are supplied with a pipe to remove combustion products. Air heaters (stationary or mobile) that produce hot air for direct scattering are different from radiators that have their own.
heating elements (as described in the belt to heading 7321) in that they comprise an air blower (fan or blower) which serves to distribute or direct hot air to the various areas to be heated. Air heaters m ogut be equipped with various auxiliary devices, for example, burners (with their fuel pumps), electric fans for supplying air to burners, regulating or controlling devices (thermostats, high-temperature thermometers, etc.), air filters, etc. (4) Distributors for hot air supply, which consist of an air heating element, usually including a block of flange or ribbed pipes and an electric fan, mounted in a single housing equipped with air exhaust holes (grating or adjustable blinds). These switchgears are designed to connect to the central heating boiler and can be adapted for installation on the floor, mounting on the wall or hanging to the ceiling, beams, racks, etc. Some of these appliances can be equipped with air receivers for fresh air, which makes it possible to use them to distribute fresh air when their heating element is turned off. However, this heading does not include air-conditioned switchgear which, by adjusting the room thermostat, mix warm and cold high-pressure air and consist essentially of a mixture chamber and two intake nozzles equipped with control valves operated by a pneumatic actuator, all of which are mounted in a single housing and do not include either a radiator or a fan or an electric motor-driven blower (heading 8479). Heaters and switchgear for supplying hot air are classified in this heading regardless of their place of use. Therefore, this heading includes air heaters for heating and drying various materials (foraging, grain, etc.) and devices for heating vehicles of Section XVII. However, hot air switchgear which use the heat generated by the engine of the vehicle and which must necessarily be connected to the engine are included in Section XVII in accordance with Note 1(g) to Section XV and Note 3 to Section XVII. (5) Articles identified as parts of air heaters or hot air switchgear (heat exchangers, nozzles, direct air distribution ducts, air valves, grilles, etc.). However, the following articles are not regarded as parts: (a) pipes and fittings for connecting boilers to some hot air switchgear (headings 7303 to 7307); (b) fans (heading 8414), air filters (heading 8421), control and automatic control devices (heading 90), and the like.

Notes
English text as published in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2021/1832 (Combined Nomenclature). The EAEU tariff and the EU nomenclature copy these notes from the same convention. For a Russian declaration the binding version is the Russian one: Annex to Decision No 80 of the EEC Council of 14 September 2021.
1. In this chapter, the expression ‘cast iron’ applies to products obtained by casting in which iron predominates by weight over each of the other elements and which do not comply with the chemical composition of steel as defined in note 1(d) to Chapter 72.
2. In this chapter, the word ‘wire’ means hot- or cold-formed products of any cross-sectional shape, of which no cross-sectional dimension exceeds 16 mm.

1. Drilling pipes are used for descent into a borehole and lifting a rock-destroying tool, transferring rotation, creating an axial load on the tool, supplying a washing fluid or compressed air to the bottom. There are ordinary, weighted and leading drill pipes.
Ordinary drill pipes (heading 7304) - usually one-piece round cross-section, are connected by means of drill locks or semi-locks with special large conical threads.
Weighted drill pipes (heading 8431) are usually round or square cross-sections with an increased wall thickness; they are also connected by thread and serve to increase the stiffness of the lower part of the column and to place a load on the rock-destroying tool.
Leading drill pipes (heading 8431) - multifaceted cross-section, are placed at the top of the column of drill pipes and transmit it rotation from the rotator of the drilling rig.
