Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

Apart from iron or steel "wool", which has various uses, these articles are used mainly for household purposes (e.g., for cleaning kitchen utensils or sanitary ware, for polishing metal articles, for the care of floorboards, parquet, other wooden floor coverings and other articles of wood). The heading excludes: (a) Cans, boxes and similar containers of heading 7310. (b) Stoves, kitchen ranges, cookers, fireplaces, etc., of heading 7321. 1. Drilling pipes are used for descent into a borehole and lifting a rock-destroying tool, transferring rotation, creating an axial load on the tool, supplying a washing fluid or compressed air to the bottom. There are ordinary, weighted and leading drill pipes.
Ordinary drill pipes (heading 7304) - usually one-piece round cross-section, are connected by means of drill locks or semi-locks with special large conical threads.
Weighted drill pipes (heading 8431) are usually round or square cross-sections with an increased wall thickness; they are also connected by thread and serve to increase the stiffness of the lower part of the column and to place a load on the rock-destroying tool.
Leading drill pipes (heading 8431) - multifaceted cross-section, are placed at the top of the column of drill pipes and transmit it rotation from the rotator of the drilling rig.
