7418 10 10 — Cooking or heating apparatus of a kind used for domestic purposes, non-electric, and parts thereof, of copper (excl. hot water heaters and geysers)
Cooking or heating apparatus of a kind used for domestic purposes, non-electric, and parts thereof, of copper (excl. hot water heaters and geysers)
Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

Explanatory notes to heading 7418 3 paragraphs
Machine translation from Russian. The original is the EEC explanatory note, and that is what a classification dispute is argued from; the translation is for understanding and has no legal force.
7418 Meals, kitchen or other articles for household needs and parts thereof, made of copper; washcloths for cleaning kitchen dishes, pads for cleaning or polishing, gloves and similar articles of copper; sanitary and technical equipment and parts thereof, of copper: 7418 10 - products of canteens, kitchen or other products for household needs and parts thereof; washcloths for cleaning kitchen dishes, pads for cleaning or polishing, gloves and similar articles 7418 20 - sanitary and technical equipment and parts thereof
The Explanatory Notes to headings 7321, 7323 and 7324 apply, mutatis mutandis, to this heading. This heading includes, inter alia, copper appliances for cooking or heating food, for example small appliances such as gasoline, paraffin, alcohol stoves, which are commonly used for travel, hiking, etc., and for domestic purposes. This heading also includes household appliances described in the HS Explanatory Note to heading 7322. This heading does not cover: (a) household articles bearing the distinctive prize of tools (Chapter 82) (see the Explanatory Note to heading 7323); (b) soldering lamps (heading 8205); (c) knife articles and spoons, forks, buckets, etc. (headings 8211 to 8215); (d) decorations (heading 8306);
(e) Machinery and plant using heating, cooking, roasting, distilling, etc., or similar laboratory equipment of heading 8419, for example: (1) non-electric instantaneous or storage water heaters (whether or not for domestic use); (2) coffee makers and certain other special appliances for heating, cooking, etc., not for domestic use. (f) Domestic appliances falling in Chapter 85 (in particular, appliances and articles of heading 8509 or 8516). (g) Articles of Chapter 94. (h) Hand sieves (heading 9604). 1. The terms used in this chapter mean:
(a) “refined copper” means a metal containing not less than 99.85 % by weight of copper or a metal containing not less than 97.5 % by weight of copper, provided that the content by weight of each other element does not exceed the limits specified in the following table:

(b) "copper alloys" means metal alloys, other than unrefined copper, in which copper is greater in mass than any other element, provided that:
(i) the mass content of at least one of the other elements exceeds the limit indicated in the above table; or
(ii) the total content of other elements exceeds 2.5 % by weight.
(c) "ligatures" means alloys containing, among other elements, more than 10 % by weight of copper, not suitable for deformation in the cold state and used mainly as additives in the manufacture of other alloys or as oxidants, desulphurators or for other similar purposes in non-ferrous metallurgy. However, copper phosphide (copper phosphorus) containing more than 15 % by weight of phosphorus is classified in heading 2853.

Machine translation. The original is the Russian text of the EAEU tariff, and customs goes by it; this translation is for understanding only and has no legal force.
1. The terms used in this group have the following meanings:
(a) “copper and zinc (brass)-based alloys” means alloys of copper and zinc, whether or not containing other elements. If other elements are present, then:
zinc by weight must exceed each of these other elements.
- in the presence of nickel, its content should not exceed 5 wt.% (see copper-nickel-zinc alloys (neusilbers)); and
- in the presence of tin, its content should not exceed 3 wt.% (see copper-tin alloys (bronzes)).
(b) “alloys based on copper and tin (bronze)” means alloys of copper and tin containing or not containing other elements. In the presence of other elements, the tin content by weight exceeds the content by weight of each of these elements, except when the content of tin 3 wt.% or more zinc content by weight may exceed the content by weight of tin, but it should be less than 10 wt.%.
(c) "alloys based on copper, nickel and zinc (neusilbers)" means alloys of copper, nickel and zinc, whether or not containing other elements. The nickel content is 5 wt.% or more (see copper-zinc alloys (brass)).
(d) “copper and nickel-based alloys” means alloys of copper and nickel containing or not containing other elements, but in any case with a content not exceeding 1% by weight of zinc. In the presence of other elements, the nickel content by weight exceeds the content by weight of each of these elements.
