Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.
Machine translation. The original is the Russian text of the EAEU tariff, and customs goes by it; this translation is for understanding only and has no legal force.
This is the base rate. A tariff quota, a preference for the country of origin and a tariff exemption lower it; anti-dumping and special duties are paid on top of it
EEC Council Decision No. 80 of 14.09.2021
None: dual use, EAEU non-tariff regulation, trade defence measures — duty on top of the tariff, tariff quota.

Thermoforming machine (hereinafter referred to as the machine) is designed for the production of plastic parts from flat polymer sheets by their thermal forming (heating) to the thermoplastic state with subsequent vacuum deformation of the product on the form with further cooling of the molded product to a state of complete fixation.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The main components: system of automatic loading of material and unloading of products (robot-autoloader), moulding table, servo drives, molding window, clamping frame, system against sagging and blowing of sheet, heaters (top and bottom), vacuum pump, vacuum tank, pyrometer, fan, auxiliary punch with servo drive, pusher, electric control cabinet.
Principle of operation: after loading the robot-loader pallets with flat polymer sheets into the working area of the machine using vacuum suction cups, the upper sheet from the pallets is fed into the heating and molding zone, and then the specified sheet is pressed with a clamping frame. Then the upper and lower heaters are placed on and under the sheet in order to heat it to a thermoplastic state, the temperature of which is monitored using a pyrometer. Control from sagging is carried out by supplying compressed air under the heated sheet by the system from sagging and blowing the sheet, which, if necessary, pre-inflates the sheet, inflates with the control of the height of the "bubble" (dome).
After the table with the form enters the heated sheet. If necessary, with an auxiliary punch, the heated sheet is pressed into deep areas of the tooling for a uniform extraction of the sheet. Further, with the help of a vacuum pump, the thermoplastic sheet under the influence of atmospheric pressure is deformed (pressed to the shape) along the contour of the equipment geometry. Cooling of the thermoplastic sheet on the form is carried out using fans, the working cooling temperature of which is controlled by a pyrometer.
When the set cooling temperature is reached, the vacuum and fans are turned off. The clamping frame grips the edges of the sheet with the molded part, lifting it up, and from the bottom the next flat polymer sheet is fed into the molding zone. The finished molded part is fed under the pusher, where it is dropped forward into the zone of finished products. The machine also includes a control system with a graphics touch monitor.
Main technical characteristics: power supply: 400 V, maximum size of the moldable material: 4000 x 2200 mm, overall dimensions (DhVhS) 13150 x 6670 x 7210 mm, total weight: 45 000 kg.

The equipment is designed to form the folds of a catheter cylinder made of polymeric materials and their thermal fixation.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The equipment consists of the following main components: a stan (base plate), on which the pleating station is located; a crimping station; a carriage (holder) of the catheter and an equipment body in which the control panel is located, a “Start” button, a connector for the luer, a tumbler for vacuum / pressure supply, connectors for connecting the pleating station and the crimping station with the body.
The principle of operation of the equipment is as follows. The distal part of the catheter is fixed on the carriage (holder). Then the catheter luer is placed in the connector. The operator presses the "Start" button, as a result of which pressure begins to be applied to the balloon according to the selected program. Then the catheter balloon moves inside the pleating station and the pleating automatically begins. Directly during the pleating, the balloon is heated by segments of the pleating station to the temperature set by the program (for this technological process - 60 degrees Celsius).
In the process of pleating, the excess pressure inside the cylinder is removed and the balloon is vacuumed, resulting in folds on the cylinder. After pleating the cylinder, the carriage with the balloon is moved away from the pleating station and moves to the clamping station, in which the cylinder is automatically compressed, while the cylinder is not cooled for fixing the product. The cooling of the balloon begins after the segments are opened, the balloon is removed from the compression station and cools to about 35 degrees on the carriage, and then a shell-case is put on it to fix the shape.
Technical characteristics: voltage 100-240 V, frequency 50-60 Hz. Pressure (incoming): 6.9-8.3 bar.
Overall dimensions: 600 x 620 x 490 mm Weight: 48.1 kg.
