Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.
Machine translation. The original is the Russian text of the EAEU tariff, and customs goes by it; this translation is for understanding only and has no legal force.
This is the base rate. A tariff quota, a preference for the country of origin and a tariff exemption lower it; anti-dumping and special duties are paid on top of it

None: russian bans and restrictions, mandatory labelling, recycling fee, conformity assessment, export control, EAEU non-tariff regulation, trade defence measures — duty on top of the tariff, tariff quota.

9206 Musical percussion instruments (e.g. drums, xylophones, plates, castanets, maracas)
Percussion musical instruments are struck by an object of the same kind, either with a stick or similar device, or with a bare hand. These instruments are also collectively known as "drums." The principal instruments in this heading are: (A) Tools with stretched parchment, e.g. (1) Provençal drums and tambourines. (2) Drums (small, bass or large drums, etc.) They consist of a wooden or metal cylinder, on each end of which parchment or thin parchment (bilateral drums) are pulled. A sound is extracted from them by striking one or two simple or skin-covered sticks. (3) Lithauruses. They consist of parchment stretched over the floors by the copper hemispheres (varies greatly in size and are usually installed on the floor or ground). They tune to a certain note, and the sound from them is extracted by sticks. (4) Diamonds with bells. They consist of a hoop with parchment stretched over it and are equipped with bells or copper tongues, the sound of which is extracted by shaking the instrument in different directions or hitting it with the palm, fingertips, etc. (5) Tamtama. (B) Other percussion instruments such as (1) Plates. These are round plates, usually sounding when struck one against another or if rubbed one against another; in some cases, a sound can be extracted from one plate by hitting it with a stick with a soft head. (2) Gongs (e.g., Chinese gongs), which are sets of hr omatically tuned metal plates, which are usually struck with a heavy stick, the end of which is broken with skin or felt. (3) Triangles, which are steel rods bent in the form of equilateral triangles, from which sound is extracted using an iron rod.
(4) Bunchuks (in the form of Chinese pagodas, Turkish crescents), equipped with bells and small bells sounding when shaking the stand on which the instrument is assembled. (5) Castanets, which are small, made of wood, bone or ivory, concave or shell-like instruments; they are either attached to the fingers or mounted on the handle, and the sound is extracted when struck one against the other. (6) Xylophones consisting of a series of small wooden boards of calibrated length mounted on two supports; they are played by hitting the boards with sticks. (7) Metalphones that are similar to xylophones but have narrow metal plates (steel or duraluminum) instead of wooden plates (both xylophones and metalphones are often supplied with metal resonant tongues or tubes located under the table). This heading also covers similar instruments with glass plates. (8) Chelests and similar instruments used in the percussion group as a substitute for traditional bell sets. They look like a small piano with a pedal and dampers. The sound is extracted by hitting special thick steel plates with mechanical hammers triggered from the keyboard. (9) Bells, bell sets, bell rebounds and tubular bells (a row of trumpets suspended in a frame, which are struck either with a bare hand or with a hammer). (10) Maracas and similar instruments consisting of hollow bells or trumpets sounding when shaken. (11) "Klavez", consisting of a pair of hard wooden sticks. (12) Flaxatons consisting of a metal plate mounted on a handle and two wooden balls placed on either side of the plate. When shaking the instrument, these balls hit the t on the plate, causing it to vibrate, while the tone is regulated by flexing the plate with the thumb. Some of the above instruments are sometimes combined so that one performer can play multiple instruments simultaneously. In dance orchestras, for example, a soft-headed stick used to extract sound from a large drum works from a pedal, and, in addition, the drum is equipped with plates, gongs, boxes (a kind of wooden resonant boxes either equipped with bells or forming a xylophone), etc. Carillons for public buildings suitable for music performance are also included in this heading. However, electronic percussion musical instruments are classified in heading 9207. This heading also excludes: (a) doorbells or table bells and gongs, doorbell sets, etc., which are not musical instruments (heading 8306 or 8531); (b) chimes, or sets of bells, and other clock-fighting mechanisms (heading 9114).
