From 1 September some conformity certificates have become “archived”: how to check yours

From 1 September 2026 the Rosakkreditatsiya register automatically moves to “archived” status those conformity certificates and declarations of conformity that were issued under the requirements in force before the 2025 changes — Russian Government Decrees No. 1403 of 11.09.2025 and No. 642 of 14.05.2025. How to tell your document apart. The record of the certified or declared object carries the note “as amended on 23.12.2021”: that is the old form. What to do. Go through every valid certificate and declaration in the register. If you find the 2021 version note and the goods are still being imported, obtain the document under the current requirements. Nothing is revoked retroactively. Goods already released into circulation under an old certificate may be sold and used until the end of their shelf life or service life.
