Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.
This is the base rate. A tariff quota, a preference for the country of origin and a tariff exemption lower it; anti-dumping and special duties are paid on top of it
EEC Council Decision No. 80 of 14.09.2021
None: dual use, EAEU non-tariff regulation, trade defence measures — duty on top of the tariff, tariff quota.

0813 Dried fruit other than the fruit of headings 0801 to 0806; mixtures of nuts or dried fruit of this Chapter: 0813 10 – apricots 0813 20 – prunes 0813 30 – apples 0813 40 – other fruit 0813 50 – mixtures of nuts or dried fruit of this Chapter
(A) Dried fruit. This heading covers dried fruit which, when fresh, falls in headings 0807 – 0810. It is prepared either simply by natural drying or by industrial processes (e.g., in tunnel dryers). The fruits usually treated in this way are apricots, prunes, apples, peaches and pears. Dried apples and pears are used for the manufacture of cider or perry or for culinary purposes. With the exception of prunes, the fruit is usually cut in half or into slices, and the cores, pips or stones are removed. The fruit may also be presented (particularly apricots and prunes) in the form of slices or blocks of pulp, dried or evaporated. This heading covers tamarind pods. It also covers tamarind pulp, not containing added sugar or other substances and not otherwise processed, whether or not with seeds, fibres or fragments of endocarp. (B) Mixtures of nuts or dried fruits. This heading also covers all mixtures of nuts or dried fruits of this Chapter (including mixtures of nuts or dried fruits of the same heading). It therefore includes mixtures of fresh or dried nuts, mixtures of dried fruits (other than nuts) and mixtures of fresh or dried nuts with dried fruits. These mixtures are often put up in boxes, cellophane bags, etc. Certain dried fruits or mixtures thereof of this heading may be put up (e.g., in sachets) for making herbal infusions or herbal "teas". These products are also classified here. However, the heading excludes such products consisting of a mixture of one or more kinds of dried fruit of this heading with plants or parts of plants of other Chapters or with other substances such as one or more plant extracts (generally heading 2106).

1. This chapter does not cover inedible nuts or fruits.
2. Chilled fruits and nuts are to be classified in the same headings as the corresponding fresh fruits and nuts.
3. Dried fruit or dried nuts of this chapter may be partially rehydrated, or treated for the following purposes:
(a) for additional preservation or stabilisation (for example, by moderate heat treatment, sulphuring, the addition of sorbic acid or potassium sorbate),
(b) to improve or maintain their appearance (for example, by the addition of vegetable oil or small quantities of glucose syrup), provided that they retain the character of dried fruit or dried nuts.
4. Heading 0812 applies to fruit and nuts which have been treated solely to ensure their provisional preservation during transport or storage prior to use (for example, by sulphur dioxide gas, in brine, in sulphur water or in other preservative solutions), provided they remain unsuitable for immediate consumption in that state.
