Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.

Regenerative thermal oxidation plant is designed for cleaning of gases departing from the line of impregnation of papers with phenolformaldehyde resins by the method of regenerative thermal oxidation (afterburning).

Full description

The installation comes in disassembled form and consists of the following main components: exhaust gas reception system, housing on a support frame with a service platform, which includes a combustion chamber, a set of ceramic fillers, a valve system, a gas burner with a gas ramp (2 sets), a main fan, temperature and pressure control systems, a water heat exchanger, a smoke pipe, a set of ducts, a control system.

Principle of operation: polluted air with volatile organic compounds (VOC) from the line of impregnation of papers with phenolformaldehyde resins enters a preheated combustion chamber, where at a temperature of 800 ° C due to high-temperature oxidation, VOCs break down into water and carbon dioxide. Purified air through a system of ducts passes through a water-air heat exchanger and is then released into the atmosphere through a chimney. The cyclicity of the processes of regenerative thermal oxidation (afterburning) in one part of the combustion chamber and the pre-heating of the air with the help of gas burners in another part of the combustion chamber is carried out by opening and closing the corresponding valves.

Equipment designed to purify exhaust gases from volatile organic compounds leaving from printing presses by their thermal oxidation (combustion) in the combustion chamber of a regenerative thermal oxidant (hereinafter - PTO) at a high temperature of 850 ° C.

Full description

The equipment is delivered in disassembled form and consists of the following main components: a system for receiving and distributing contaminated gases (entrance reservoir); a housing on a support frame with a staircase, platform and fences, on which are located: ceramic blocks of heat exchange chambers, a gas burner, a combustion chamber, a valve system (2 sets); a main fan (2 pieces); fans (purging, fuel combustion, cooling); temperature and pressure control systems; a set of explosive exhaust gases; air ducting system; a boiler system; and a pipe control system.

Principle of operation: the discharged (contaminated) gas enters the inlet tank for separation of the discharged gas into two streams and direction in two blocks of the PTO. With the help of main fans, the exhaust gas enters the heat exchanger (regenerative) chambers controlled by rotary valves. During lifting, the exhaust gas absorbs the heat accumulated in the ceramic blocks of heat exchange chambers and is preheated to a temperature above 760°C, and then enters the combustion chambers in which heating devices (gas burners) create and maintain a temperature of about 850°C, necessary for the oxidation and decomposition of the contaminated gas.

High-temperature purified gas, formed as a result of oxidation and decomposition, enters other heat exchange (regenerative) chambers to generate heat, accumulate thermal energy in ceramic blocks, and then leaves the low-temperature pipe into the exhaust pipe for drainage. The thermal oil boiler provides recovery of high-temperature gas for utilization of excess heat. Management and control over the operation of the equipment is carried out by an electronic control system based on a programmable logistics controller.

Full description
