Names come in English where the EU Combined Nomenclature publishes them — chapters, headings and subheadings, whose first six digits are the same Harmonized System; deeper EAEU detail is a machine translation, marked as such. Official texts — tariff notes, measures, lists and classification rulings — are the original: customs and your broker go by that wording. Where we show a machine translation of them, it is marked; where our quality check rejected one, the Russian stays.
Machine translation. The original is the Russian text of the EAEU tariff, and customs goes by it; this translation is for understanding only and has no legal force.
This is the base rate. A tariff quota, a preference for the country of origin and a tariff exemption lower it; anti-dumping and special duties are paid on top of it
EEC Council Decision No. 80 of 14.09.2021
None: dual use, EAEU non-tariff regulation, trade defence measures — duty on top of the tariff, tariff quota.

Cross laminator is designed for the manufacture by hot pressing of two-layer and four-layer UD-pregs used in the manufacture of bulletproof products and is a plastic cloth based on polyethylene fibers of ultrahigh molecular weight with impregnation with adhesive composition based on water-soluble polyurethane dispersion.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The equipment consists of the following main components: unwinding device (2 sets), hot pressing system, intermediate rack to create uniform tension of ready prepregs, winding device, temperature regulator to heat thermal oil and maintain its required temperature, control system.
Principle of operation: UD prepreg rolls are fed to the unwinding device, after which they are automatically or semi-automatically moved to the hot pressing system, where, when interacting with the adhesive (glue), the rolls are glued into a ready-made UD prepreg (two-layer or four-layer depending on the selected mode). Next, the finished product is moved to the winding device for winding on cardboard spools with subsequent transportation to the warehouse of the finished product.

The line is designed for the production of UD-pregs.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The main components: spooler, front pulling machine, impregnation unit, rear pulling machine, edge facing machine, two-position screw, control system, including electric control shield with panel.
Principle of operation: high molecular weight polyethylene fiber with the help of the front pulling machine is evenly stretched and transported along the axis of the production line. Then the strained and oriented fibers (formed cloth) are stretched to the impregnation node, where a glue solution based on water-soluble polyurethane dispersion is applied to the cloth and, further, by drying on the drying drum, then in a tunnel dryer with a fan, where the final drying by convection occurs. With the help of a rear pulling machine, the resulting canvas is transported to trim the edge, wind the finished canvas into a roll.
Main characteristics: line performance - 215 tons / year, overall dimensions (DhShV) - 36500x5000x2800 mm.
GRI 1 and 6
The automated line is designed for the complex production of pressure and pressure-free fiberglass (GRP/FRP) pipes with couplings by continuous winding of fiberglass impregnated with polymer resin.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The line is a single complex of technological equipment consisting of the following main components: a continuous winding machine, a resin mixing and transportation system, a sand storage and transportation system STS, a coupling machine, a coupling machine with a pipe, a trolley for transporting pipes, an autonomous machine for cutting and ending pipes, a machine for hydrostatic tests of pipes, a machine for hydrostatic tests of coupling, a machine for testing ring strength. For the work of the line, raw materials are used: polyester / vinyl ester resin, fiberglass roving, catalyst, quartz sand (filler), polyester film (Milar).
Principle of operation: in a continuous winding machine, fiberglass roving is impregnated with a mixture of resin and catalyst and wound onto a rotating frame (steel tape) according to a computer-defined program. After winding the required thickness in the infrared heating zone, the polymerization reaction occurs, turning the liquid resin into solid plastic, which fastens fiberglass and forms a workpiece of a fiberglass pipe of a given size and wall structure. The pipe is coming off the mandrel. Next, the continuous winding machine cuts off the specified length of the pipe and transmits the resulting blank by means of a transport trolley: in the case of a blank for a clutch to a machine for making a clutch; in the case of a blank for a pipe to a machine for cutting and ending pipes or to a machine for hydrostatic testing pipes.
The coupling machine makes a coupling from the pipe workpiece, which is tested for tightness and pressure in the machine for hydrostatic tests of the clutch, then fed to the beginning of the pipe and pressed on the pipe using a machine for connecting the mufft with the pipe. The transport trolley moves the pipe workpiece to the pipe cutting and end machine, where the pipe is cut off to a given length and the end is processed. Next, the finished pipes are moved by means of a trolley for transportation to a warehouse of finished products.
The finished pipe is a product of a composite material, where the fiberglass (reinforcing element) is evenly distributed and impregnated with cured polymer resin. The fibers are stacked in several layers at different angles, which ensures strength. The main technical parameters: averaged composition of the final product by materials in percent on the example of a pipe with a diameter of 1200 mm, a hardness class of 1000 Pa: resin - 31.4%, fiberglass 26%, sand (filler) - 42.6%, nominal dimeter manufactured pipe mm, pipe length from 6 to 12 m, total line power 424.61 kW.
GRI 1, 2(a) and 6
The equipment is a single complex with a single control system designed to assemble non-sterile medical extension cords, which are a polymer tube twisted into a roll with plastic connectors and caps at both ends.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The equipment is disassembled and consists of the following main components: holders for coils with a tube; station 1 (cutting and twisting the tube); station 2 (consolidation of the tube roll with adhesive tape); Stations 3 and 6 (applying glue to the tips of the tubes); stations 4 and 7 (glue of the two tips of the tube with connectors); Stations 5 and 8 (quality control of gluing with connectors); Station 9 (control of blockages and leaks); Stations 10 and 12 (curling caps on connectors); Stations 11 and 13 (control of the presence of caps);

Principle of operation: a polymer tube from a spoole is automatically supplied to station 1, where it is cut to a size of 1500 mm, twisted into a roll with a diameter of 50 mm and fastened at station 2 with adhesive tape. Then twisted and fastened rolls along the transporter are moved to stations 3 and 6, where glue is applied to the ends of the tube using a nozzle. After that, the rolls are moved to stations 4 and 7, where connectors are put on the ends of the tube with previously applied glue. Further, at stations 5, 8 and 9, the quality of gluing and the absence of blockage are checked.
Then the tested rolls with glued connectors are transmitted by the transporter at the station 10 and 12, where the caps are wound onto the connectors. Further, at stations 11 and 13, the presence of protective caps wound on the connectors is checked. After this procedure, the fully assembled extension cords are transferred by the transporter to the station 14, where they are sorted into suitable and defective products, with its counting and displaying the relevant information on the operator's display. The main technical parameters: electric power 380 V, 50 Hz; power 10 kW; nominal capacity 200 pcs / h; overall dimensions: 6.5 x 3.65 x 2 m.

The machine is designed to reduce the diameter of plastic tubes (material made of polyester-polyamide thermoelastoplast) in order to form proximal and distal “sleeves” of the catheter cylinder by linear stretching during convective heating.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The machine consists of the following main components: body, upper pneumatic clamp, lower pneumatic clamp, upper axle drive stepper motor, lower axle drive stepper motor, heating nozzle, touch screen control panel, light barrier, exhaust channel.
Principle of operation: the operator fixes the workpiece of the tube in the upper and lower clamps. Next, the operator activates the machine in accordance with the specified program and starts the process of pulling the tube. A heating nozzle is placed in the working area, from which hot air is supplied to the workpiece. At the same time, the workpiece of the tube by means of clamping motors moves up/down along the stationary nozzle. The motors move in the same direction, but at different speeds. When moving up, the upper clamp moves with greater speed, when moving down, the speed of the lower clamp is higher than the upper one.
Thus, the process of uniform pulling and reducing the diameter of the pipe workpiece under the action of heat is carried out. The main technical parameters: power 1600 W; performance up to 800 cylinders per shift, up to five blanks are processed in one cycle; operating temperature 20-250 ° C; axial tensile force 1500 N; diameter of the tube being processed 0.4-3.5 mm; maximum distance of movement 800 mm; speed of movement 1-150 mm / s; duration of one processing process 1-3 minutes; machine size (DhShV) 700x600x2200 mm.
A standard heating unit is a compact bench installation designed to connect a tube of thermoelastomer used in the manufacture of coronary stents with a metal rod (mandrena) installed inside the plastic tube.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The processing of the plastic tube is carried out by processing the tube with hot air, followed by its cooling, which leads to thermal compression of the tube around the mandren. The supply of a precisely controlled, heated to a certain temperature jet of air is carried out through a nozzle (thermo nozzle). The tube under the influence of heated air is softened and further cooled to ambient temperature by applying the treated material under the tip of the compressed air supply hose. As a result of such temperature treatment, the heated tube decreases in size (compresses), which leads to its connection with the metal rod.
The unit provides stable and accurate air temperature control using a high-precision controller with monitoring and feedback using a thermocouple. Air heating is carried out using a heating element, which under the influence of voltage begins to heat up and transfer heat to the touching heating nozzle. Compressed air passing through the heating nozzle is heated, and at the exit of the nozzle an air stream of the required temperature is formed. Between the electric and pneumatic system, protective locks are provided to prevent the heater from burning out in case of accidental loss of air pressure.
The temperature control of the heating nozzle is controlled by a temperature controller, the flow rate of the heated air using a heating flowmeter, the flow rate of the cooling air using a cooling regulator, which are located on the front side of the main control unit. The installation consists of the following main components: housing, temperature controller, heating nozzle (thermo nozzle), cooling regulator, heating meter, switching key, switching on the heating nozzle, compressed air supply hose, power cable for connecting equipment to the power grid.
Before starting work, it is necessary to install the system on a solid and flat surface, connect the housing of the remote heater to the main control unit, the power cord to the main control unit, connect the air supply hose to the system, and then to a clean, dry and filtered source of compressed air. To work on the device, it is necessary to pre-install the nozzle (thermo nozzle), transfer the switch on the heating nozzle to the position on, turn on the power and direct the hot stream of air to the processed object (plastic tubes of balloon catheters).
Technical specifications: temperature range 93.3-398.8 0C, maximum power consumption 500 W, air flow 5-50 cubic feet per hour, connection of compressed air 7 bar, electrical parameters: 220V, 50Hz, current strength 2 A, dimensions of the treatment area of the tubes: diameter 3.5 mm, length 7 mm, overall dimensions 230x390x150 mm, weight 3 kg.

The machine is designed to apply a hydrophilic coating on the distal parts of balloon catheters made of plastic, and then dry them with ultraviolet light to cure the coating.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The machine consists of the following main components: body, pallet with holders, front door, immersion mechanism, bath for hydrophilic solution, compartment with ultraviolet radiation, UV flap, shutter coating bath, control panel, electric motor, pneumatic actuators.
Principle of operation: distal parts of balloon catheters up to 15 pieces are manually installed on a pallet with holders. The pallet is fixed to the immersion mechanism and the front door is closed. The operator activates the machine, and the bath with hydrophilic solution rises, thereby dipping the distal parts of the balloon catheters into the solution. The bath is then returned to its original position. The leaf of the bath with the solution is closed, and the leaf of the compartment with ultraviolet radiation opens, and drying begins with the curing of the coating.
The dried distal parts of hydrophilic-coated balloon catheters are removed from the machine manually by the operator. The main technical parameters: electric voltage 240 V, electric current / frequency 40 A / 50 Hz, machine weight 500 kg, exposure in solution is min / max - 150 sec / 200 sec, drying is min / max - 50 sec / 100 sec.

The line is designed for the production of blanks (semi-finished products) of technical products from rubber, plastic.
Full descriptionCollapse description
The line consists of the following main components: dispersion rubber mixer of rotary type; double-shaft mill; extruder of cold supply; cooling installation, which includes a table for longitudinal and transverse cutting, cooling chamber, automatic tray layer; bucket conveyor, belt conveyor (2 units).
Principle of operation: rubber raw materials are loaded into the chamber of the rubber mixer. With the help of rotors, raw materials are subjected to cutting, abrasive and crushing deformation, plasticization, heating, the introduction of additives to obtain a homogeneous mass. Further, the mass with the help of a bucket conveyor is moved to a two-roll mill to obtain a workpiece in the form of a rubber cloth (ribbon). If it is necessary to obtain a more compact size of the fabric, the workpiece is transmitted along the belt conveyor to the extruder.
If this need is absent, the canvas on the belt conveyor immediately moves to the cooling installation, where cutting (perforation), cooling and stacking the canvas on the pallet of finished products occurs.
